Client
A registered user actively benefiting from one or more financial services provided by KATER ICONIC.
Platform
Secure web interface accessible via www.kater-iconic.com, enabling the execution of financial operations.

Fund Transfer
The act of sending money from one country to another, in compliance with traceability and financial security standards.
Currency Conversion
A service allowing one currency to be exchanged for another at market rates, with verification of the source of funds.
Crypto Assets
Digital assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT …) used as a medium of exchange or store of value. Their handling is subject to enhanced obligations (Ordinance No. 2024-937 of October 15, 2024).
Digital Wallet
A secure space allowing clients to store, manage, and transfer their funds in fiat or cryptocurrencies.
User Account
A personal space created on the platform, protected by credentials, allowing access to services.
Credentials
Confidential data (email, password, code) enabling secure access to the account.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
Mandatory identity verification procedure required by regulators to prevent fraud and money laundering.
AML/CFT
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism. KATER ICONIC applies FATF standards and local laws.
GDPR

Data Controller
KATER ICONIC, as the entity determining the purposes and means of data processing.
Consent
